Here's a short video on how to make Instant Oats Dosai...

Method
Preparation
Add oats to the mixer and grind it to fine powder. Cut the onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and keep it ready.

Crush the black pepper and cumin seeds and keep it aside.

To Make Batter
Add the ground oats to the bowl. Then add sooji/rava, rice flour, salt and mix everything really well.

Add the curd/yogurt and mix well.

Now add about 2 cups of water and make batter without any lumps.

Add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix everything really well.

Now add the crushed black pepper and cumin seeds and mix thoroughly.

Add more water and adjust the consistency of the batter like rava dosa batter.
Close with a lid and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.

Now the Oats dosa batter is ready.

To Make Oats Dosa
Heat dosa tawa, sprinkle little to check if the tawa is hot enough. If the water makes a sound and evaporates then the tawa is ready for making dosa.

Pour the dosa batter from the sides of the tawa as shown in the video.

Drizzle oil, cook for about a minute, flip and cook on the other size as well.

Yummy, delicious, healthy and tempting Instant Oats Dosa is ready to be enjoyed.
