My husband and my daughter loves eggs, so I try to give it in different forms as much as possible. Meanwhile do check out other interesting and healthy Breakfast Recipes here.

Here’s how to make Egg Dosa with step by step photos...

Egg                                                     1
Onion                                                 1 small chopped finely

Method

In a bowl whisk the egg really good, now add the pepper powder and salt and mix it real good. Now keep this aside.

Heat the dosa tawa in the stove,  pour one big ladle of batter on it. Make a thin dosa.

Now sprinkle the onions and green chillies over the batter, now with the spoon add the mixture all over the dosa and spread it.  Add few drops of oil all over the edges or you can use non-stick spray.

Cook on both sides evenly and yummy “EGG DOSA”  is ready to be served.

This dosa does not need any side dish, but can be had with milagai podi.

Note: Green chillies and onions are totally optional, if you don’t have time for chopping you can very well skip it.
