Mango Ice Cream Recipe/Mango Ice Cream Recipe with out Eggs & Icecream maker/Mango Ice Cream with step by step photos

Homemade ice cream and that to mango ice cream, I don’t think nobody is going to say no to this. It is very simple, quick, easy and just made with three ingredients and off all the best part is - no ice cream machine. I came across this in savitha’s kitchen and gave it a shot. It is so creamy, delightful and the taste of mango is still lingering in my mouth.

Here’s how to make mango ice cream with step by step photos…

Ingredients
Mango (ripe) pulp
3 big or 4 small
Whipping cream
300 ml
Sweet condensed Milk
14 oz  can
Fresh Ripe Mango
5 tbsp (chopped to small cubes)
Salt
2 pinches
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Freezing Time: 8 hours

Method

Wash and cut the mangoes, get just the flesh part it and blend it in the mixer. Keep it aside.

In a big bowl pour the whipping cream, salt and whisk really good until really thick.

Now pour the condensed milk and mix it well. Add the mango puree and mix gently.

Transfer the contents to an airtight freezer safe container; keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, mix the mango pieces and place it back in the freezer for about 6-8 hours.

Super delicious mango ice cream is ready, perfect for hot summer…

Serve it with nuts or drizzle some mango puree on top.

Suggestions:
Instead of fresh mangoes, one can of mango puree 30 oz can be used. But here I have used  3 fresh mangoes.
