Method
Mix the instant coffee with 5-6 tbsp of hot water, dip the biscuits and arrange them in a square bowl.

Mix corn flour, vanilla custard powder and cocoa powder in ¼ cup of milk  and make a paste without any lumps.

Boil the milk in another bowl, add sugar to it and mix really well.

When the milk starts to boil, add the paste [corn flour+ custard powder +cocoa powder] and stir continuously. The milk will start to thicken, switch off the stove when the mixture is of pouring consistency.

Now pour the cocoa mixture over the arranged biscuits using a ladle. Spread it over all the biscuits to make a layer.

Arrange another layer of biscuits [dipped in coffee]. Pour rest of the cocoa mixture on the biscuits and spread it evenly.

Finally sprinkle the chopped nuts all over the top.

Cover it with cling film and keep it in the refrigerator to set completely.

After it is set completely, cut the pudding into pieces and serve immediately.
