Noodles are our kids favorite, but for the past one year I have stopped buying the Maggi Noodles after having read that they are unhealthy and the masala has preservatives in it. But my kids love noodles, so I buy the egg noodles or plain noodles available in the market and make variations in it by adding vegetables, eggs, chicken etc. So friends do try out this delectable Vegetable and Egg Hakka noodles and have a great day.

Kung Pao Chicken

Kung Pao Chicken is a very popular Chinese recipe originated from the Sichuan province of China. It is made my marinating chicken cubes in sauces and then cooked along with dry red chillies and roasted peanuts. The chicken can be either deep fried or stir fried, but I have done the low fat version by just stir frying the chicken. You can as well add cubed red and green bell peppers for added taste and flavour. For now try this exotic Kung Pao chicken and enjoy your day.

Baby Corn & Mangetout /Snow Peas Stir Fry

Stir fry is a very popular cooking method originated in China. It is a very convenient, easy and quick way to cook food. This is a very simply and healthy baby corn & mangetout stir fry. Mangetout peas is similar to the snow peas and snap peas which cooks really fast but still crunchy and tasty. Though I have cooked snow peas a lot, after having come to UK, I came across mangetout peas which looks and taste same as snow peas. When I searched about mangetout peas came to know that it is a French word meaning “eat the lot” a phrase for the sort of peas that is eaten pod and all. I thought of making just baby corn stir fry, but since I had the mangetout peas I added them as well and it tastes great. If you don’t get mangetout peas you can replace them with snow peas or snap peas or do the same recipe with just baby corns.
