The actual recipe was made with Mutton, I have replaced it with Chicken [Nattu Kozhi]. Bihari Mutton is the delicacy of choice during many Bihari Weddings. This recipe was a little unique because the chicken was fried in oil initially before making the gravy. Then beautiful green aromatic masala is prepared and the chicken is cooked in perfect blend of spices which makes this chicken scrumptious.
