Chocolate Pancake Recipe/How to make Chocolate Pancakes/Easy Chocolate Pancakes

Pancakes are the easiest and exotic dish, loved by all age group. You want to surprise your little ones after they come back home from school, then here it is - totally irresistible and filling chocolate pancakes. Here’s how to make Chocolate Pancake with step by step photos…
Ingredients
Allpurposeflour/Maida
1 cup
Cocoa powder
1/3 cup
Sugar
2 tbsp
Salt
¼ tsp
Baking soda
½ tsp
Egg
1 [at room temperature]
Milk
1 ¼ cup
Vanilla essence
¼ tsp
Melted butter
1 tbsp

Method
In a wide bowl, combine together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda together [dry ingredients].

In another bowl, whisk in the egg, milk, vanilla extract, melted butter  and mix together [wet ingredients].

Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined to make a batter.

Heat the tawa or griddle, pour one ladle of batter and add butter along the edges [or use few drops of oil or non stick  spray]. Cook evenly on both the sides.

Yummy and delicious Chocolate Pancake is ready to be enjoyed.

Serve it hot with a dollop of fresh cream or strawberry syrup.

Suggestions:
Adjust the amount of milk to make the pancake batter, but the above measurement works fine.
You can add about 1-1 ½ tbsp. of grated chocolate to the batter for added taste.
