Yes friends, today it is yet another irresistible recipe from my kitchen – it is none other than paneer 65. Paneer 65 is very common in all most all the restaurant menus, it is so easy to prepare at home with exactly the same taste and is wallet friendly when made at home. Kanyakumari Chicken Fry/Chicken Fry

Wishing all my muslim friends, readers, followers and visitors a very “Happy Ramadan”. This Kanyakumari Chicken Fry is my special treat for this Ramadan and I hope you will all like it.

After so many months I am going to share an authentic and typical TamilNadu recipe which I came across in a TV show. It is really a tempting and addictive chicken fry from the town of Kanyakumari. This chicken fry is similar to the chicken 65, but we need not add corn flour or rice flour as binding agent. Here white sesame seeds powder is used along with the masala and taste after frying the chicken is just awesome. Not just that , chicken increases the body temperature and the sesame seeds acts as a coolant and suppresses the heat. Do try out this Kanyakumari Chicken Fry and post your feedback. Do not forget to check out other Non-Vegetarian recipes here.

Potato 65/Aloo 65

Now that the weather is getting really cold, I made this scrumptious Potato 65 which I came across years back in one of the magazines when I was in Chennai. This potato 65 may look spicy with all the red chillies and green chillies, but they are not. This potato 65 is my kids favourite and they can finish one whole plate at one time. Few other 65 recipes I have posted earlier and worth visiting are Chicken 65, Hyderabadi Chicken 65, Prawn 65 , Cauliflower/Gobi 65 and Mushroom 65.

Gobi 65/Cauliflower 65 Restaurant Style

Gobi 65/Cauliflower 65 is a perfect evening snacks for kids, my kids just finish the whole batch after they come back from school. Usually I don’t add these many ingredients to make Gobi 65, it used to be very simple just corn flour, chilli power and yogurt. But recently I came across Gobi 65 –restaurant style in Aval vikatan which was quite interesting. But I made a few alterations by adding rice flour, ginger & garlic paste, black pepper powder to add more taste to it. It was just fantastic bursting with flavors, so I thought I will share it with you all.

So here’s Gobi 65/Cauliflower 65 with step by step photos…
