Today I am going a share a very traditional, authentic and common Cabbage Poriyal which is a very popular side dish in South Indian Meals. Cabbage belongs to a group of cole crops, which means that it is closely related to broccoli, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts. Cabbage is a very good source of dietary fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium and a great source of Vitamin K.
