Watermelon Juice Recipe/How to make Watermelon juice/Easy Watermelon Juice – Refreshing & Thirst Quenching

 Watermelon is one of the best thirst quenchers for hot summer days. Watermelon helps in keeping our body hydrated and replenishes our body with required nutrients and minerals lost due to sweating. Watermelon has high amount of water content – about 92 % , but is  also loaded with vitamins and minerals. They have significant amount of vitamin A, B6, C, loads of Lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. It is a complete power packed fruit with very less calories that aids in weight loss. Here’s how to make watermelon juice with step by step photos…
Ingredients
Watermelon
4 cups deseeded and cut to cubes
Lime Juice
From ½ lime
Sugar [optional]
If needed little
Ice Cubes [optional]
3-4
Mint Leaves [optional]
3-4

Method
Cut open the watermelon, make slices, remove the seeds and discard the skin. Then cut the fruit to cubes. [Make sure you remove all the black seeds, white ones are fine]. 

Add the watermelon cubes to the mixer/blender and blend it well until done.

Now pour the juice to a large bowl, add lime juice and mix really well.

Transfer the juice to tall glasses. Add one ice cube per glass, one or two mint leaves and serve the watermelon juice cold. 

Super tempting, thirst quencher is ready. Beat the heat with this gorgeous looking Watermelon juice and have a great day.

Suggestions:
If the water melon is not sweet enough, then you can add little sugar when blending.
I don’t filter the juice, but if you want a clear juice then just strain it and enjoy.
If you like mint flavour, you can add mint leaves when blending the fruit.
