Ingredients
Onion
1 big finely chopped
Carrot
2 finely chopped
Bell Pepper/Capsicum
1 big finely chopped
Cucumber/Vellarikkai
1 finely chopped
Tomatoes/Thakkali
2 finely chopped
Cilantro/Kothamalli
2 tbsp finely chopped
½ tsp
Mixed Herbs or Oregano
½ tsp
Hot & Sweet Sauce
1 -2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tsp
Cheese [optional]
2 tsp grated
Salt
As needed

Method
Chop all the vegetables finely all keep everything ready.

Take a big wide bowl, add finely chopped onion, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, salt and mix really well.

Add tomatoes and give a good stir.

Now add cumin powder, mixed herbs, hot and sweet sauce, and cilantro/kothamalli and mix everything really well.

Add black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well.

Add 1-2 tsp of hot and sweet sauce, chopped cilantro and mix everything really well.

Finally add grated cheese and enjoy.

Healthy, tasty, delicious and colourful Mixed Vegetable Salad is ready to be enjoyed.
