Here's a short video on how to make Cabbage Manchurian Balls...
Method
Keep all the ingredients ready.

Take a wide bowl, add 2 cups of shredded cabbage.

Now add ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, maida/apf, salt t to the bowl.

Mix everything really well. Apply little pressure when applying, after some time the cabbage will release water. This will help in combining the cabbage to form a dough.

Pinch small portions and make small balls as shown.

Heat oil in a pan/kadai to fry the balls, when the oil is hot enough add the balls slowly.

Fry them evenly on all the sides by turning them. When the color of the balls changes to golden brown and the bubbles in the oil has subsided, drain the balls from the oil.

Similarly fry all the balls.

Add 1 cup of finely chopped onions, little salt and saute until they turn translucent.

Addd 1 cup of finely chopped capsicum and saute for about a minute.

Add 1 tbsp of Red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 2 tsp of vinegar.

Mix everything really well. Add ½ cup of water and give stir.

When it comes to boil add 1.5 tbsp of spring onions, ¼ tsp of red chilli flakes, ¼ tsp of black pepper powder and mix everything well.

Now add the fried cabbage balls to the pan.

Mix everything really well, until all the balls are evenly coated with the sauce and switch off the stove.
