Method
Cut the paneer to cubes and transfer it to bowl.

In another deep bowl add maida/all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger & garlic paste and salt.

Sprinkle little water and mix everything really well.

Add the paneer cubes and toss it in the masala, so that all the paneer cubes and evenly coated with the masala. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan/tawa and add paneer pieces. Fry till golden brown, make sure all the sides are evenly cooked. [note: we are not deep frying it is just shallow frying. I fried all the paneer in one go, you can fry in small batches as well.]

After it turns to golden brown color, transfer everything to a plate.

In the same pan splutter cumin seeds, onions, green chillies , curry leaves and fry for about 2 minutes.

When the onions turn translucent, add red chilli powder, yogurt and stir really well on high flame until the yogurt/curd dries up.

Finally add the paneer and sauté in this onion masala. Switch off the stove.

Yummy, delicious and mouth watering Paneer 65 is ready to be enjoyed.

Serve this delectable paneer 65 as starter or as appetizers.
