Red Chilli Powder                             1 tbsp

Coriander Powder                            2 tsp

Turmeric  Powder                            ½ tsp

Lemon Juice                                      2 tsp

Pepper powder                                 ¼ tsp

Salt                                                      as needed

Gingelly Oil                                       as needed for frying
