Cucumber & Bell pepper Salad

Hello friends,
With not much of introduction toady I am going to share a very simple, quick and super healthy cucumber & bell pepper salad.

Here’s how to make Cucumber & Bell pepper Salad...


Ingredients

Cucumber
1 big finely chopped
Bell pepper/Capsicum
1 big finely chopped
Tomatoes
2 or 3 chopped or cut lengthwise
Salt
As needed
Black pepper powder
¼ tsp
Garam masala powder [optional]
1/8th tsp
Cilantro/Coriander leaves
1 tsp finely chopped
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Method

Wash the vegetables [cucumber, capsicum, Tomatoes] thoroughly with water.

Cut all the vegetables, add it to a bowl, add black pepper powder, garam masala powder, cilantro, salt and mix thoroughly.


Serve this healthy and filling Cucumber & Bell pepper as appetizer or as mid-morning snack for kids.
