Here’s how to make Mango Popsicle…

Ingredients

Ripe Mango
1
Water
½ cup
Sugar/Honey
1-2 tsp [adjust to taste]
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Makes:4-5 [depends on the size of the popsicle mould]

Method

Wash the mango thoroughly and cut it. Scoop out the flesh part of the mango.

Now blend the mango pulp along with sugar/honey and water in a mixer to smooth puree.

Fill the popsicle mould with mango puree and close it with lids. Free it for at least 8 hours or overnight.

After it sets, remove it from the freezer and run the outside of the popsicle mould under water for few seconds. This will help to loosen out the popsicle.

Enjoy this refreshing, colourful, healthy and luscious Mango popsicle.
