Mango Lassi/Maambazham Lassi

As the name says it all, without any further delay I am moving on to this refreshing, cooling and addictive Mango Lassi. Try out this Mango Lassi and enjoy. Meanwhile do not forget to check out other Mango Recipes here.

Here’s how to make Mango Lassi with step by step photos…


Ripe Mango
Chilled yogurt/curd
1 cup
½ cup
1 tbsp
Cardamom powder
½ tsp
1 finely chopped [for garnishing]
Preparation time: 10 minutes      
Makes: 2-3 cups

Wash the mangoes and get the flesh part out [Just scoop it out with a spoon].

Add the mangoes, curd, milk, sugar and cardamom powder to the mixer and blend it until smooth.

Pour it into serving cups and garnish it with finely chopped almonds.

Enjoy this luscious, refreshing and addictive Mango Lassi.
