Strawberry Lassi

Who can say no to this gorgeous, luscious and delicious strawberry lassi ? Try out this colourful and cooling strawberry lassi for this hot summer and enjoy.

Here’s how to make Strawberry Lassi…


Ingredients

Strawberries
15
Yogurt/curd
2 cups
Milk
½ cup
Sugar
4 -5  tbsp
Rose water
2 tsp
Fresh cream [optional]
2 tbsp
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2-3

Method

Rinse, wash and chop the strawberries. Set aside few pieces of strawberries for garnishing.

Now add strawberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, rose water, fresh cream to the mixer and blend really well until frothy.


Transfer it to the serving glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries and serve immediately.
