Peel and chop the cucumber. Chop green chillies and ginger. Wash the mint and coriander leaves.

Add cucumber, green chillies, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt to the blender and grind it.

Add yogurt/curd and blend it for about a minute.

Pour it to the serving glass and sprinkle ½ tsp of cumin powder.

Serve this refreshing and healthy cucumber lassi immediately.

If you do not have coriander and mint leaves, it is totally fine. You can skip those and make the lassi.
I have used cumin powder you can very well replace it with chaat masala and serve the lassi.
