White Pumpkin Lassi/Pumpkin Lassi with Yogurt/Vellai Poosanikkai Lassi

Hello Friends,

Today I am going to share with you all a very healthy white pumpkin drink made with buttermilk, green chillies and ginger. I came across this wonderful drink from one of my co-blogger Priya Ranjit. I am happy, I tried out this delightful white pumpkin lassi. Do try it out friends you will just love it. I suggest you to try this white pumpkin lassi during a hot day, because it is a perfect body coolant and keeps you hydrated. Here’s how to make White Pumpkin Lassi with step by step photos…


Ingredients

White Pumpkin/Poosanikai
5 pieces
Ginger/Inji
½ inch piece
Green Chilli
1
Cumin/Jeeragam
¼ tsp
Yogurt/Curd
½ cup
Coriander leaves/Cilantro
2 tbsp
Curry Leaves
3-4
Salt
As needed
Preparation time: 5 minutes        
Serves: 2 glasses

Method

Add all the ingredients to the mixer and blend really well. Pour it in a tall glass and serve it immediately.


White Pumpkin lassi is a perfect coolant, and is best to be consumed during hot summer days.
