Today I am going to share with you all a very healthy white pumpkin drink made with buttermilk, green chillies and ginger. I came across this wonderful drink from one of my co-blogger Priya Ranjit. I am happy, I tried out this delightful white pumpkin lassi. Do try it out friends you will just love it. Here’s how to make White Pumpkin Lassi with step by step photos…


White Pumpkin/Poosanikai
5 pieces
½ inch piece
Green Chilli
¼ tsp
½ cup
Coriander leaves/Cilantro
2 tbsp
Curry Leaves
As needed
Preparation time: 5 minutes                                   Recipe Category: Beverage

Add all the ingredients to the mixer and blend really well. Pour it in a tall glass and serve it immediately.

White Pumpkin lassi is a perfect coolant, and is best to be consumed during hot summer days.
