Method

Grate the cheese, add black pepper powder, mix it and keep it aside.

In a wide bowl add wheat flour, red chilli powder, salt, oil and mix everything really well.
Add water and make soft pliable dough.

Cover and rest the dough for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal parts and make small balls from the dough.

Now roll the chapattis into flat round shape. Apply few drops of oil and spread it evenly.

Spread about 2 tsp of cheese all over the chapati evenly as shown.

Then fold it to a semi circle.

Now fold it again to make a triangle.

Now use the rolling pin and gently roll the chapati. Dust wheat flour if needed when making the chapatti.

Similarly roll rest of the chapattis.

Heat the tawa in medium flame and add the rolled cheese chapatti to it. Add few drops of oil all around the chapatti.

Cook on one side for few seconds, than flip it over and cook on the other side also by adding few drops of oil. Cook the chapatti evenly on both the sides and transfer it to a plate.

Add grated cheese on top and serve it hot with any side dish of your choice. Check out side dish for rotis/chapatis here.

Similarly cook rest of the chapattis, yes delicious, tempting and mouthwatering Cheese chapati is ready to be enjoyed.
