Garlic Cheese Bread Toast Recipe/Garlic Cheese Toast on Tawa with step by step photos

 Today, I am going to share a very quick, tasty, cheesy and garlicky Bread toast recipe. This cheese toast can be served as breakfast recipe or as evening snacks also. Here’s how to make Garlic Cheese Toast with step by step photos…

Ingredients

Bread

4 slices

Butter [Room Temperature]

2 tbsp

Garlic

8-10 cloves [grated]

Grated Cheese

½ cup

Mixed Herbs/Italian Herbs

1 tsp

Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp

Method

Grate the cheese into a bowl, similarly grate the garlic cloves and keep it ready.

Take the butter in a bowl, it should be soft at room temperature.

Add the grated garlic to the butter and mix well.

Then add mixed herbs, red chilli flakes to the butter and mix everything really well.

Take two bread slices; spread the butter mixture on one slice of the bread.

Spread the grated cheese on the other slice.

Place the bread slice [butter spread] on top of another bread, so that the cheese is in the middle.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Place the bread in the pan in such a way that the butter side of the bread on the pan.

Now spread the butter mixture on top of the bread as shown.

Cook on low medium flame until they turn to beautiful golden brown color. Flip the bread and cook evenly on both the sides.

When done remove from pan and transfer to plate, cut the toast and enjoy.

Delicious and super cheesy Garlic Cheese Toast is ready to be enjoyed.
