Are you looking to make a dessert in about 15 to 20 minutes? Are you a chocolate lover? Are you in no mood to cook, but want to surprise your kids with a delectable dessert? Then the answer to all of this is – No Bake Marie Biscuit Pudding. Marie Biscuit Pudding is the easiest dessert that can be made a day ahead for parties, get togethers etc. Try out this very easy and quick pudding and have a great day.

Here’s how to make Marie Biscuit Pudding with step by step photos…

Ingredients

Marie Biscuits
1 packet
Milk
500 ml
Sugar
6 tbsp
Corn flour
2 tbsp
Vanilla Custard powder
2 tbsp
Cocoa powder
3 tbsp
Almonds, Cashew nuts, Pistas
2 tbsp finely chopped
Instant Coffee Powder
1 tsp
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves:12-14

Method

Mix the instant coffee with 5-6 tbsp of hot water, dip the biscuits and arrange them in a square bowl.

Mix corn flour, vanilla custard powder and cocoa powder in ¼ cup of milk  and make a paste without any lumps.

Boil the milk in another bowl, add sugar to it and mix really well.

When the milk starts to boil, add the paste [corn flour+ custard powder +cocoa powder] and stir continuously. The milk will start to thicken, switch off the stove when the mixture is of pouring consistency.

Now pour the cocoa mixture over the arranged biscuits using a ladle. Spread it over all the biscuits to make a layer.

Arrange another layer of biscuits [dipped in coffee]. Pour rest of the cocoa mixture on the biscuits and spread it evenly.

Finally sprinkle the chopped nuts all over the top.

Cover it with cling film and keep it in the refrigerator to set completely.

After it is set completely, cut the pudding into pieces and serve immediately.
