We all love popsicles, it brings back lot of memories for everyone. It has different names in different countries like Popsicle/Ice pop in USA, Ice lolly in UK, Kuchi Ice in India, Icy pole in New Zealand etc. But whatever the name may be it is all time favourite among all age groups. Popsicles are nothing but water-based frozen snack. It is very very easy to make, it is made by freezing fruit juices or flavoured liquid in a mold. Grape Juice - Easy Summer Drink

I mostly prefer to make fresh juice at home rather than juice from shops which has the preservatives or from concentrate. Grapes help in treating fatigue, indigestion, constipation, kidney disorders and prevent cataracts. This delectable fruit is rich in vitamins A, C, B6 and folate along with other essential minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorous, magnesium and selenium. Grapes contain very powerful antioxidants that help in slowing down ageing and reduce the damage caused by free radicals. So make sure to have grapes as such or in the form of juice to lead a healthy and active life.

Honeydew Melon Milkshake

Before starting off with the milkshake, I wanted to share a few things about honeydew melon. Honeydew melon belongs to the same family of cantaloupe (melon family), except that honeydew melon has a green flesh and is the sweetest of all the melons. Honey dew melon is a good source of Vitamin C and a perfect cooler for summer. This milkshake serves a perfect breakfast, it’s very filling and keeps you fresh all day…
