Lemonade/Lemon Juice

Lemonade is a simple lemon juice, by squeezing some lemons adding sugar and salt. But is that it??? No, making perfect sugar syrup and adding right quantity of ingredients at the right time is very important to make refreshing lemon juice.  Drinking lemon juice is the perfect way to beat the heat…

Here’s how to make it…

Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup
¼ cup
Cold water
3 cups
¼ tsp
Ice cubes

Cut the lemons and squeeze the juice. Strain it and keep it aside.

In a saucepan heat two cups of water, add sugar and keep stirring until dissolved. Let it simmer for 2 min. Switch off the stove and let it cool.

Add the lemon juice, salt and cold water. Keep it in the refrigerator.

Serve it cold with ice cubes.

Super refreshing lemonade is ready.
