Mix all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder together and keep it aside.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, add ½ cup of butter and 1 cup of sugar.

Cream both the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy with a hand mixer or a whisk.

Now add eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly after each addition.

Add vanilla extract and mix really well.

Add the flour mixture, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder to the butter mixture. Do not add the whole batch of flour fully at once.

Add some flour, little milk, run your hand mixer or whisk. Similarly complete all the flour and milk.

Now add the raspberries [I used frozen] and fold it in gently with a spoon.

Fill ¾ of muffin cups with the batter and bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

Yummy, delectable and colourful Raspberry Muffins are ready to be enjoyed.
