Method
Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F. Apply oil or non-stick spray to the loaf pan and keep it ready.

In a wide bowl sift together wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix together. Now add salt and mix well.

Mash the banana in a mixer to a fine paste. You can use your spoon as well to mash the banana.

Add oil, milk, vanilla essence to the mashed banana and mix well.

Now add the sugar and mix well until the sugar is well dissolved.

Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and mix well until well combined.

Pour the mixture in to the loaf pan; sprinkle the nuts on top of it. Tap the tin on the counter top two to three times to get rid of bubbles.

Bake it in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.

Allow to cool down to 10 -12 minutes, cut it into slices and enjoy them.

Wonderful and perfect tea time snack is ready to be enjoyed.
