Baby Potato Roast/Fry – Method II
After I
made my Dum Aloo, I had half the bag of baby potatoes so I made my husband’s
favorite baby potato roast/fry. I have already posted a baby potato roast which
is made differently, please check Baby Potato Roast/fry -Method I. This method I shown below is the quickest and the easiest
potato roast which can be made in 10 min and needs very little ingredients. This can be made with regular large
potatoes also but cut them to medium size pieces after boiling them. Ok for now…

Vendakkai Garlic Pepper Fry Recipe/Vendakkai Milagu Varuval/Okra Garlic Pepper Fry Recipe/ Ladies Finger Garlic Pepper Fry with step by step photos and Video
This
vendakkai fry is entirely different from the one in my previous Vendakkai Curry. This is garlic and
pepper okra fry which is chef Dhamus recipe which I have been doing for years.
It has all the benefits of garlic and pepper bundled together with okra. For me this okra fry is a perfect replacement for the Pepper Chicken on vegetarian days. Please like, share and subscribe to my you tube channel Priyas Virundhu-https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTsVaemF70ifZPLfgtEvMjg

Vendakkai/Okra/Ladies finger Curry
I am
great fan of Vendakkai, we used to grow them in our own back yard in Chennai in
our school holidays. It used to be so much fun and golden memories. My
Aathaa(grandma) usually says eat lots of vendakkai it improves your memory
power, that is what the ancient Ayurveda also says. Vendakkai has other
benefits like boosting your immunity, getting rid of body toxins, controlling
blood sugar etc.

Hello
everybody, I am back from my vacation. We had great time in Paris. The six
days, we stayed there was fabulous. I am planning to share everything about my
trip in another post. For now I am sharing with you a very simple traditional
sweet potato fry/sakkravalli kizhangu fry(spicy).
Sakkravalli
kizhangu is a root vegetable rich in carbohydrates and sweet in taste. We
usually make this during Pongal (Tamil Nadu’s Harvest Festival). The kids love
the sweet potato because of its taste.
