Banana & Almonds Milkshake Recipe

The name says it all, nutritious and a healthy drink. You can have it for breakfast, in that case, just skip the ice cream and sugar. Healthy and filling breakfast is ready. This is especially for kids who don't eat banana, an easy way to make them drink the banana. Here's how to make it...


Ingredients

Bananas
1 big or 2 small
Milk
1 cup
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
1 scoop
Vanilla Extract(optional)
Few drops
Almonds/Badam
3-4
Sugar (optional)
1 tsp
Preparation Time: 10- 12 minutes

Method

Add the chopped bananas and all other ingredients mentioned above to the mixer or blender and blend until frothy.

Serve it cold, yummy and delicious banana milk shake is ready.
