Method

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and chop them, similarly peel the ginger and chop them to pieces.

Add the chopped the tomatoes, ginger and red chilli powder to a mixer jar.

Grind it really well to fine paste with required water.

To a wide bowl, add rava/sooji, rice flour, wheat flour and salt. Mix everything really well.

Now add the ground tomato paste and mix well.

Add one cup of water to the mixer wash and add it to the bowl. Adjust the consistency by adding more water and mix everything really well without any lumps.

Now add black pepper powder, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.

Cover and keep it aside for 15- 20 minutes.

Add one chopped onion to the batter and mix well. If needed add little water and adjust the consistency, the batter should be thin like Rava Dosa batter.

Heat the tawa, pour a ladle of batter from the sides and make a dosa.

Drizzle oil along the edges of the dosa and cook on high medium flame.

Flip the dosa and cook the dosa on other side until done and remove.
