Idli Milagai Podi – 2/Idli Podi with Roasted Gram/Idli Milagai Podi with Pottukadalai

Today I am going to share a very simple, flavourful and easy idli milagai podi made with roasted gram/pottu kadalai. This podi is not very spicy, but can be made spicy by adding more red chilli powder.

Here is how to make Idli Milagai Podi with photos…

Ingredients

Roasted Gram/Dalia/Pottukadalai
1 cup
Roasted peanuts
1/3 cup
Garlic
6-8 cloves
Chilli powder
1 tbsp [adjust to taste]
Curry leaves [roasted]
One hand ful
Salt
As needed
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 ½ cup

Method

Add all the ingredients mentioned in a mixer and grind them to a coarse powder.

Ta da!!! Delicious, quick, easy and flavourful Idli podi is ready to be enjoyed.

After it cools down, store it air tight container and enjoy it idlis, dosas or even with white rice.
