Here's how to make Tomato & Oats Soup....
Big Tomatoes 3
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Oats 2-3 Tbsp
Green chilli 1
- Cook the carrots, tomatoes, garlic and chilli in a pressure cooker with sufficient water and salt.
- Blend the boiled veggies in a blender to make a smooth puree. Use the water you cooked the veggies, do not discard the water.
- put the mixture on stove and wait till starts to boil. Add the oats to it and allow it to cook. Allow the soup to thicken until the required consistency.
- Adjust the salt and serve it with hot toasted bread.
