Cheese Toast With Herbs...

Hi everybody, we are always thinking of what to make for our kids after school. Yes, there are days when we don't want to spend lot of time in the kitchen but still want to make our kids happy. That is the right time to make cheese toast and have a laid back evening....

Here's how to make it...

Bread                                 2 slices
Grated Cheese                  1/4 cup (grated fine)
Mixed Italian herbs        1/4 tsp
Red Chilli flakes               4 pinches
Bread Spread                    1 tsp

Preparation Time: less than 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Apply bread spread on both the breads, and keep it in the preheated oven for 5 min.

Remove it from the oven, sprinkle cheese generously over the bread, put 2 pinches of red chilli flakes and Italian herbs (or just oregano will work fine). Then keep it in the oven at 180 c for 5 to 7 min or until the cheese melts.
Yummy cheese toast is ready to be served. Kids just love them a lot, just serve it with ketchup.
Ok guys, try it out. Your kids will surely love it.
