Ingredients

Sweet corn                   - 2 cups
Green chillies                -1 finely chopped
Ginger                           - 1 tsp finely chopped
Curry leaves                 - 5
Mustard seeds             - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds                 - 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal                     - 1/4 tsp
Coconut grated           - 3 tbsp
Salt                                - as needed
Oil                                  - 1 tsp

Method

1. Pressure cook the corn with salt ( either frozen or from cob, if from cob cut with the knife on all sides and get it) for 2 whistles. I have used the frozen ones here. Then the water and keep it aside.

2. Now in a kadai add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin, urad dhal one after the another. Now add the green chillies, ginger, curryleaves and saute for a min. Now add the corns and mix well. Saute for 3 mins then add the grated coconut and saute for 3 mins.

Yes, that is all you are done. Now yummy corn sundal is ready to be served.
