 Hi everybody, here is a very yummy and easy pineapple salad.

Ingredients

Pineapple                                           1 cup  

Grated Coconut                                1 tbsp

Honey                                                1 tsp   

Almonds                                            few slices      

Raisins                                               6

Red chilli powder                            one small pinch (optional)

Method

Mix the grated coconut and honey together, if you find it hard to mix add few drops of pineapple juice. Now add rest of the ingredients together. Yes yummy pineapple salad is ready to be enjoyed.
